- All nutrition counseling sessions are priced at $175 for a 55-minute session.

Yes! At this point in time, Off-Road Nutrition is in-network with a few major insurance companies and is working on contracting with more companies (please see the Insurance tab on the top menu).
Sliding scale fees may be available on a limited basis and are only applicable to cash-pay clients. Please call or email us for pricing options.
At this time, Off-Road Nutrition only offers virtual counseling. This is done over either Zoom or a HIPAA-compliant video platform based on client preference. Phone counseling is also available, but video counseling is recommended.
While clients may experience weight changes while working with me, I do NOT focus on intentional weight loss. Research does not currently support there being an effective way to lose weight safely AND keep it off. Furthermore, since weight does not often directly reflect health, I choose to focus on other markers of health with clients instead.
